Welcome the the website of Aftermath on the Nagrand EU server. We are a friendly, social raiding guild who believe strongly in mixing fun with progress. If you like raiding but can only do so occasionally due to work or other RL commitments, we are the guild for you! We are currently working on EoE, Ulduar and Onyxia. Guild Member of the Week!

Congratulations to Blatta - Guild Member of the Week!
Blatta is a long-valued guild member who was rewarded with a series of promotions long before the majority of our members joined. He alternates between being so quiet we could not tell he was online and telling everyone jokes (almost always rude ones) or describing the goriest details of his work. Jokes aside he will always help out someone who needs it and is always signed for events, no matter what they are. He never complains if he doesn't make it into a raid group, nor if we then ask him to join once he has started something else and will happily change spec, re-change spec and re-change spec while we get to grips with tactics. Invariably he is also first to the stone to summon after we have finished faffing around.
Don't ask him (or Imondar) about black jelly!

Aftermath takes down Onyxia... finally!

|
After setting up an EoE raid and finding ourselves short a few people we decided we might get more interest if we tried Onyxia instead. We went through quite a few pugs and guild members and switched a few roles around before we found a group of good, unsaved players and we took a little practise fine-tuning our tactics but we finally got her down!

Thanks to everyone who tried and failed with us before to allow us to practise tactics to the point where we could get her down, we will definitely go again so don't feel left out!

Guild Member of the Week!

Congratulations to Carnelion - Guild Member of the Week!
Carnelion has been working tirelessly at improving the guild, taking on jobs from organising the website to leading raids. She regularly updates both the website and guild calendar, all whilst being one of the friendliest people in the guild. Carnelion’s ideas, guidance and encouragement have saved the raid from wipes and worse time and again, proving herself to be a valuable asset that other guilds would envy. She never fails to attend raids, and strives to give as much to the group and to the guild as possible. She is one of the most respected members of the guild and never disappoints.
This week’s title is long overdue, but despite Carnelion’s insistence, she is not exempt from Gmotw!
